- Please note: Check-Out Time: 1200 hours, Check-In Time: 1400 hours, Half Day: 1800 hours. Full day charge will be applicable after 1800 hours.
- *Rates are subject to change without any prior notice, tariff applicable on the date of check in will be charged.
- *Taxes are subject to change as per government norms.
- Advance payment – We request advance payment for prior bookings. Visitor timings for the guest rooms are from 0700 hours to 2300 hours.
- All our room residents have access to our facilities which include all restaurants – Med, East!, Ann, The Terrace Bar and Habitat Hub, Habiteria, and the Health Club - Habifit, which includes the Gym, Spa, and the Pool..
CANCELLATION POLICY (From 1 to 4 Rooms):
- For cancellations made 4 days in advance: No charge.
- For cancellations made 3 days in advance: 25% of one night room charge.
- For cancellations made 2 days in advance: 50% of one night room charge.
- For cancellations made 1 day in advance: 100% of one night room charge.
CANCELLATION POLICY (5 Rooms and above):
- For cancellations made 4 weeks in advance: No charge.
- For cancellations 3 weeks in advance: 25% of the total room charge.
- For cancellations made 2 weeks in advance: 50% of the total room charge.
- For cancellations made 1 weeks in advance: 100% of the total room charge.
* Usage permitted to IHC Members and their nominated guests only
- Entry to The Habitat Residency is from Gate No. 1.
- Members are required to make bookings for themselves or their guests via email: rooms@habitatworld.com.
- We encourage credit cards or e-payments to settle the bills.
- Member/s will receive a reservation confirmation email.
