Dear Members,

The ‘Exit’ of Gate No. 3 of the IHC Complex, which serves as the entry to and exit from the Convention Centre on Vardhman Marg, shall remain closed for a period of 30 days starting 3rd December 2025 due to essential maintenance and the replacement of underground pipelines.

During this period, please note the following arrangements:

• 1. Entry through Gate No. 3 will remain open and functional; only the exit side will be closed.
• 2. All four-wheeled vehicles are requested to exit through the remaining operational gates (Gate 1 & Gate 2). These will stay open for 24 hours.
• 3. Access routes within the Complex will otherwise remain unchanged.

Members, visitors, and staff are requested to kindly follow the signage and instructions of our security personnel during this period.

The inconvenience caused is sincerely regretted.
