The Annual Subscription for F.Y. 2026-27 for Members falls due from 1st April 2026. IHC has raised the subscription Invoice for T.Y. 2026-27. E-mail communication has been sent to the registered e-mail IDs of Members.

Please note that the log-in ID will be your Membership number. You can pay your dues online with your
Credit Card / Debit Card / UPI / Net Banking.
Note: For certain categories of membership, the Governing Council of India Habitat Centre has decided to revise the Annual Membership Subscription w.e.f. 01/04/2026.
Members are kindly informed that penalties on delayed payments may be applicable as per Membership rules, Rule 4(f) reproduced below:
"The name of any member who is liable to pay subscription but whose subscription falls in arrears, for more than 6 months in case of individual members and 3 months in case of Corporate Members, shall be made inactive after giving one month's notice by registered post at the address and email as given in the record of IHC. Membership can be made active again only upon the member paying 100% penalty on the subscription amount due. If a member remains inactive for one year his name will be removed from the rolls of the membership of the Centre."
All Members are requested to pay their dues promptly, preferably using the online mode.
