Over the years, our restaurants at Habitat World, India Habitat Centre have continued to enjoy tremendous patronage, and we sincerely appreciate your enthusiastic support.
In recent months, however, we have observed a significant increase in last-minute cancellations and no-shows for restaurant table reservations as well as the Private Dining Rooms (PDRs) at MED and ANN. These instances often result in reserved tables remaining unutilised while other members on the waiting list are unable to be accommodated.
With a view to ensuring fair and timely access to reservations, reducing waiting times for members, and enhancing the overall dining experience, the following changes will be introduced with effect from September 01, 2026.
Private Dining Rooms (MED & ANN)
• PDR reservations will now require an advance deposit of ₹5,000 to confirm the booking. The amount will be adjusted against the final bill on the day of dining.
• A revised Booking, Cancellation and Usage Policy will apply to all PDR reservations. The policy sets out the booking process, cancellation timelines, refund provisions, décor guidelines and other operational details.

Restaurant Table Reservations
• The last reservation timings (at "ann", Med and East!) will now be:
○ Lunch: 1:00 pm
○ Dinner: 8:00 pm
• Reserved tables will be released if the member has not arrived by the scheduled reservation time, enabling us to offer them to members on the waiting list and walk in guests.
